As a Talent Provider: Legal name, (ii) representative name, (iii) email address, (iv) physical address, (v) password, (vi) candidate name, (vii) resume, (viii) linkedin profile, (ix) github, (x) portfolios, (xi) candidate education and work history, (xii) upskilling programs You offer, (xiii) phone number.

As part of Our commitment to transparency, Talentap keeps records of all Service history with regard to completed Services, canceled Services, active Services, and upcoming scheduled Services. Service details include, but not limited to job vacancies, candidate information services that are added by Companies and Talent Providers through the Platform.

Moreover, in order to improve Your online experience at Talentap, We have implemented impression reporting. While You view Our Services and navigate our Platform, We gather Global Unique Identifier (GUI), HTTP request data like, user agent, IP, host, URL, country/continent from which the request is made, browser info, device/operating system/operating system version.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

1. A browser cookie (“ Cookies ”) is a small piece of data that is stored on Your device to help websites remember things about You. Other technologies, including web storage and identifiers associated with Your device, may be used for similar purposes. To ensure that We delete the correct User Data, We may require proof of Your identity before deleting any information. We reserve the right to refuse the deletion of Your identity cannot be established or if We have a legitimate reason for retaining the data. We will notify you if we cannot comply with Your request to delete Your User Data, explaining the reasons why.

Push notifications are sent via both the Wep App and email. These notifications are triggered by activities related to the User's profile, such as updates on job vacancies or candidate profiles. This approach ensures that Users receive timely and relevant information through both channels.

We take Your privacy seriously and will only use Your User Data to provide You with the Services You have requested. We will not share Your User Data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as otherwise mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

9. Email Marketing

We offer electronic newsletters to which You may voluntarily subscribe at any time. We are committed to keeping Your e-mail address confidential and will not disclose Your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the storage and processing or for the purposes of utilizing a third-party provider to send such emails. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

All e-mails sent from Us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving Our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting Us. However, You will continue to receive essential transactional emails.

You can choose to stop being sent an email notification but please be aware that if You have posted a job vacancy or are expecting a response to a message You have sent, You will need to actively check Your account for messages.
